DCX frozen on "exporting file" screen

I am on my first attempt to tune my truck, 2014 ram 1500 5.7 V8. I was able to update everything and the tuning experience was going smoothly until i reached the last screen that displays it is exporting the file with the percent indicator. It has been stuck on this screen for about 45 mins and i am unsure what i should do at this point. help please!

UPDATE:

After over an hour of the tuners unresponsiveness i decided to unplug it, turn everything off, and plug it back in. Once that was done i looked under the my vehicle info on the tuner and it was showing tuned to the 91 oct tune which is what was being installed when it froze. My truck will start and everything seems functional. Should i be good to go at this point or would it be a good idea for me to revert to my factory tune and try again?
