SearchI didn't read carefully how to use the trinity for my new 2015 RAM 1500. I tried to put the programm in without changing the PC. I had to reflash with the dealer my truck and I think I had lost the original backup of the trinity when it was processing.
Is it possible for you to help me with this situation? Is it possible for you to send me back the programm so I can put it back in the trinity?

please fax r email proof of the dealer reflash then call with the tool powered up so we can reset it for you.
