"Modify Stock Tune" option failing to backup PCM tune

I recently removed the 91 octane tune when I brought my car in for a recall at the dealer. When I got home, I tried to load a Modify Stock Tune...it key cycled about 3 times then the failure message "Failed to read PCM Original Backup, Error Code = 0x00000324." I tried again, same thing. I then tried to load the Diablo Tune, everything loaded fine. What could be the issue here?
