AFR values instead of volt values

Does the T-1000 allow the for volt input to change to AFR values? Let me know.

Why? The AFR wouldn't be accurate anyway. The Mopars all use narrowband sensors. They aren't precise enough to read the actual AFR, just lean, stoich or rich.
