Is MDS Disabled?

how do i know if MDS is disabled? i modified the 91 performance tune and selected off. the ECO sign still comes on...and i read on here, that doesn't matter. however, dodge says when that goes on, MDS is on and the engine went down to 4 cylinders.

i just don't know what to believe at this point.

i have a 2011 durango, 5.7L V8 Hemi - currently running the 91 perf tune and modified the throttle boost, attempted MDS, speed limiter.

any help on this would be awesome. thanks guys!

eco is not mds, if you turned it off and loaded the tune, its off...eco means you should give it more gas
