2002 corvette coupe tune

I had a shop backup my stock tune which had 303 rwhp.
He played with it on the dyno & we ended up with 311.5 rwhp.

Is this the best I can get out of a stock 2002 corvette coupe (350hp)
I did put in a trans go shift kit...shifts goooooood.

I just purchased the diablo & Im not sure what number it is
booklet says OBD-11

I'm not sure if there is more power available as I cant see what the car was doing on the dyno.
What was the final A/F ratio?
Does the car show any KR?
Were these dynos done on the same day, under the same conditions?
Most importantly, does the car 'feel' faster?
