Try as I might, and read the manual as much as I can, I can't figure out how to adjust my shift firmness... I have installed the "DiabloSport" tune and it made a decent difference in my mid range power but boy does it shift hard. It jerks my head back and almost seems like mid shift I have an extra 50HP, whipping my head back.

I would really like to tone down the shift firmness as it is putting a nasty knot in my neck, and I'm pretty sure my transmission is going to  .

Can someone help me adjust the firmness? I see the tool to import/export tunes but how do I adjust it? Very lost here and your help G-R-E-A-T-L-Y appreciated.

FYI - you guys rock for selling a unit that does so much for so little $.

Thanks,
Rob
