custom tune loaded as factory tune?

I have a custom tune from my speed shop. Since I have a good, unlocked preditor unit for my gto, will it allow me to load the current tune as the "factory tune". I am just trying to adjust my idle speed.

should work as long as they didnt lock the PCM.
