06 vortec max

I recently had my transmission rebuilt by a local shop. Before I took it in I restored my truck to the original back up. When I got it back the truck shifts awesome fast and firm. I drove it around for about a week to just make sure everything was ok. I just reinstalled the diablo tune and now my truck shifts worse. Slower and not as firm. Is there a way the transmission changes can be taken out of the tune (which is the route I'd like to go if possible) or what can I change in the tune to improve this. Thanks for your help
