2004 GTO Help Needed

I have a 2004 GTO LS1 with JBA Exhaust mid-pipe with the high flow cats. I keep getting check engine codes for my cats. I know that I need to turn off the rear oxygen sensors but this option is not available in my U7193 Predator v.9r11. I have a backups of my original and custom Diablo tune. How do I go about getting a custom tune that will allow me to have the rear o2 sensors turned off. I have a default Diablo Tune with only a small modification for tire size. Any help would be appreciated. Attached are my stock and custom tunes. Thanks for your help.
