ABS Issue

I have an 07 Silverado (new style) with 5.3 auto. It sets the abs light on when I install the MPG Booster tune. I have been told that it is because of the oversize tires that are on the truck. Stock size 265/65/18 It has 275/70/18 on it.
The programmer is a DIAU7194

restore the stock tune, load this update, problem solved

Problem would be solved if I had a clue how to get the program into my programmer. I have it saved on my desktop. Everything after that is gobelty goop to me I plugged the programmer into my computer and it successfully loaded drivers but that's all that happened.
The programmer came with the truck so I don't have a lot of information about how to use it.
