No one is answering the tech support phone number

Need help with a newly purchased used tuner and tried to call tech support. say operator is busy and hangs up.

anyway, I need to know how much to unlock a tuner, or what my options are. I got screwed like many others before and believed what the seller said on ebay. Anyway, tuner says last tune is custom, so I can't do anything with it. To light to be a paper weight, and can't get any response from the seller of course.

when I called it said option 2, but I will wait for your response here, thats fine.

what tool is it, and what is the revision onthe top line of the main menu?

If its a 9r version, it can be unlocked for $129 by filling out the return form under support on our site.

for that tool, you could send it in for the $99 hardware upgrade to be converted to a newer style tool, what vehicle are you looking to use it on?

that would be a U7191 then....if so, $129 unlock is the only option.
