Chevy SSR '04 - U7193

I just purchased a used U7193 and would like to use the 87 octane performance tune for my '04 SSR. I'm a newbe and any suggestion on the install, as the instructions are not detailed, would be appreciated. Also would like to get your experience on the stated performance tune gains (HP/Tq) estimates or actual.....as well as MPG gains.

simple, plug it in and choose the tune for 87 octane, then follow the prompts on the screen.

You'll find gains of about 15 rwhp on that tune, better throttle response, and improved shifting performance.
