Hi I have a predator u7194 can i trade it in still and get $100 credit towards a intune and how to i go about it.

This is a rip off. I have used the Predator (one tune load) since 2012. GM forces an upgrade due to emissions and I can't do a simple reload of the old tune. Hey, but Diablo will do me a favor and give me a deal of another $289 device. No thanks. I would not by from this company again. Keeping your product working for the vehicles it was sold for is not unreasonable, or much effort for that matter.

The device specifically says to reload your factory tune before servicing with no mention of not supporting that service after the fact.
