I have a 2007 Silverado NBS 6LT. I purchased an U7194 and updated it from your website, the first update, 9r06 caused my ABS light to come on after a few minutes of driving. I called tech support and logged the problem. The next revision removed 07 6L Y and K motor. My problem is this; I have a $400 programmer that I can't use, and it doesen't appear that Diablosport is doing any thing about it. Is there a refund policy?

Where do you come up with the assumption that we are doing nothing about it?

We have NEVER removed support for any application and not added it back in as soon as we fixed whatever issues were there.
It will happen as soon as we have done all of the necessary testing.

Thanks
Mike

I feel ur pain!! I even toasted the ecm and all i got was let the dealer fix it. Nowi have a stock truck and a 400 dollar tool laying around. I was out a truck for a week while the chevy place fixed it. How could any one recommend diablo to anyone else when u have that much trouble and they dont offer to fix or refund ur money. all i can do now is was or get a different tuner or custom tune

Hypertech, Superchips and the others are not faultless either. I had issues with Hypertech with not much resolve other than to spend $250 for a new tuner. These guys (DS crew) didn't want these issues to happen. The issues come up and you just can't wave a wand and have them instantly remedied. All good things happen to people who wait.
Jeez, I think I heard that somewhere else early in life??? That's my 2 cents.
